Punishment To One Who Causes Obstruction While Discharging Duties
If any person obstructs the government employee in discharging his or her official duties under this Act, such a person shall be liable to the punishment of a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both.
